Friday 13th October 2023.

The update today was:

1. Start regular (not PRN) Lorazepam up to 6mg per day to treat the catatonia.

2. Stop Venlafaxine.

3. Introduce Bipola Depression medication (potentially lamotrigine tbc…)

4. Look to reduce or change current antipsychotic in the future once Molly’s mood is stabilised

5. Be aware of stressors and triggers which impact on Molly’s Autism and continue to avoid demands on her.

The RADS team full report /assessment will follow as soon as possible and will feed into my next update.

Still not out of the woods but heading in the right direction.… now let me see
