I get a call to say Molly has been vomiting to the point she had been advised to go to A&E, I left work and made my way up there. She had been given painkillers and was waiting to be seen. Blood checked and all good so again told this is not acute this is chronic and needs sorting with the GP, note the appointment offered in the 17/02/2025 is not until 12/03/2025! We were in A&E from 4pm until 7pm then went home.

27/02/2025 a successful check up at the dentist. Molly was amazing !! 🥰

Messaged to give me the heads up that Molly is refusing to get up today. Mad dash to walk the dog and get up to Mollys house to see if I can help as we have a dental hygiene appointment this morning. Molly was extremely unhappy, agitated and refusing her personal care and breakfast which is unusual. I think she is realising when she eats it will only come back up at some-point. I spent the day mostly in her room. I nipped back home to feed and walk the dog and left Mountview at 9pm.

Back up at Mountview for 8.30am, a very different presentation, Molly let me bath her and we got ready for church, 20 minutes into the service she was vomiting and in pain, we left.

We went to Pandora for a new ring, I wanted to cheer her up, going through the lanes I was clearing vomit off the street, we went back to Mountview. This situation is becoming so normalised I fear it is not being taken seriously.

04/03/2025

I drop Mollys supplements off at Mountview, I can’t knock, I leave the bag hanging on the front door. I have to go to work and I can’t bear it if I saw her and it upset her. I call the house to tell them to find the supplements at the door and I can hear Molly crying she is in pain and by all accounts had been sick through the night. I call the GP in frustration, “ you will get a call back soon” I am told – 7 hours later a doctor calls, he appreciated the situation and said let’s see what we get from the gastric delay emptying study this Thursday (tomorrow as I write).

I have chased PALS today they informed me Molly’s case would be reviewed by the surgeon that repaired her GI Bleed in April 23.

Molly has came to my house tonight so that I can support the early appointment at the Infirmary tomorrow. 🤞 radioactive scrambled eggs for breakfast if all goes to plan.
