So on Wednesday we had a EMDT, which resulted in the Aripiprozole stopping completely no tapering just instruction to remove from her medication regime. The GP had requested an endoscopy on Monday, this will now be requested as URGENT from the chair of the meeting.

The reduction of medication is restoring Molly and we feel she is ‘coming back to life’, however there is a risk of a manic episode – I feel it’s worth the risk.

Thanks to Will for also attending and for your input and wise words, you are becoming a pro at advocating for your sister.

Just a quick update today as time stands still for no-one.

All tests for the Functional Psychiatry team went to the labs this week – that was a task and a half. Hoorah its off the list, what a relief ✔️
