Update:

• Consulted with Mollys Psychiatrist today

• CLDT carried out home visit today
• Lamotrigine to be increased, lorazepam to be 3 doses per day (no PRN)
• I gave an update and reiterated my concerns about Molly and my desire to decrease quetiapine (antipsychotic)
• Bush Francis catatonia scale to be re- done asap.
